The Fateful Day
The person stares straight ahead,
Walking on without looking at you.
U smiled to greet that person,
But the smile is no longer reciprocated,
Not anymore.

The smile is left hanging there,
As the very last thread of hope broke.
You realize that she will look on you no more.
She strolled pass you,
Brushing pass your broken self.

You torment yourself for answers,
But you found no explanations.
You tried to understand her,
But she gave no clues.

The wonderful you that used to be there,
Was brutally destroyed and wasn’t repaired.
The many feelings you have,
The difficult dilemma, made u cry.
She won’t even care if u happened to die.

Your life suddenly dimmed,
Turning into black and white.
But you have to stay strong to show her,
Without her, you can survive this terrible ordeal.
Slowly, the scar managed to heal.

The wound became a permanent mark,
A cruel reminder to what is not your fault,
But you made it your own mistake.
You began building castles all around you.

Those castles are both to keep people out,
And protect your fragile glass-made heart.
You always look so aloof and impersonal,
Like you didn’t even care what happened.
Though what happened had speared through your heart,
I believe that even if u were bruised, battered, broken,

You will manage to stand up again.
Together with the scar and all,
You will become the same you once more.

Hey,the very person whom i doubt would ever come here, this belongs to u and is thus written by me for u.
