Silence is like a bubble made from concrete,
sealing our voices and not letting us breathe.
The suffocating waters slowly fill the spaces in,
while the bubblewrapped people try to swim.
It starts eating into our perfect skin,
making us wish that it is all a dream.
The struggling hands waving above their crowns,
hoping that they can be found.
But the feelings of being bogged down,
made them feel as though they are stuck to the ground.
So heavy is this feeling of being stuck in between,
and how far away where they once had been.

Camillia.
