Lively night.
White stars floating down from heavens,
The wind gently tickling their bellies.
The moon trying to outdo the sun,
Candlelight in the streetlamps start dancing.
Children laying in warm cocoons painting,
The picture of snowmen shivering.
The man in red sneaking into chimneys,
Reindeers snorting at the old man's antics.
Smells of cookies and warm milk welcoming his presence,
The fairy lights winking at him madly.
The presents huddling together for warmth,
Hooves stamping impatiently on the rooftops.
Lightrays peeking out shyly from the horizon,
The trees supporting the fallen stars,
The ground glittering for all to admire,
Tinkling bells on the sleigh fading away with merry laughter.
